Nigeria: 'How Buhari Can Stop Boko Haram Through Service Chiefs'

Jos — President Muhammadu Buhari has been told he can end the Boko Haram insurgency early by compelling the service chiefs to produce sponsors of the insurgents.

A Borno State indigene and rights activist, Pastor Kallamu Musa Dikwa, who fled the state in the face of threats to his life because of his open criticism of the insurgents, believed the only way Buhari can succeed in the war against Boko Haram is to identify and punish the individuals backing it. Pastor Dikwa, who currently resides in Jos, argued that the service chiefs would know such sponsors and must be made to produce them.
