Algiers — The balance of trade recorded a deficit of 6.38 billion dollars during the first five months of 2015 against a surplus of nearly 3.44 billion dollars in the same period of 2014, the Algerian customs said Tuesday.
From January to May 2015, the exports reached USD15.94 billion against USD28.31 in the same period of 2014, a 43.67% drop, added the Algerian Customs' National Centre of Data Processing and Statistics (Cnis).
