Mbanza Congo — Officials and staffs of the Mbanza Congo Municipality Administration, in the northern Zaire Province, appealed to the Provincial Police Command to reopen its station that used to serve the commune of Luvo, located at the border with the neighbouring DR Congo, with a view to dealing with the rising crime wave in that locality.
The appeal was made at the second ordinary session of the Mbanza Congo Municipality Administration, held last Monday, where the participants also requested the reactivation of the municipal road traffic department.
