Kenya: Tobiko Decries Interference By 'Big Fish'

Nairobi — When President Uhuru Kenyatta directed five of his Cabinet Secretaries to step aside to allow for investigations into corruption allegations levelled against them, it was done to demonstrate that all are equal under the law.

But according to the testimony that Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko gave before the Senate Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee on Thursday, not everyone in the political class actually goes beyond lip service in this belief.
