THE beginning of July marks the end of the first half of the year. The ugly truth is that the majority of Zimbabweans are struggling to make ends meet due to the harsh economic environment. A sizeable number of young people are unemployed and many families are desperately concerned about their general welfare.
As a nation, we are faced with a desperate situation that calls for an urgent re-focussing of our priorities. Equally, the business community, grappling with poor business due to liquidity challenges, has to re-strategise.
