Mwanza — CCM Secretary General, Mr Abdulrahman Kinana, has said that the prime minister will no longer be chairman of the party's members of Parliament caucus as the party is set to make major reforms of its modus operandi.
He also said that the culture of enacting bad laws affecting people will come to an end and that CCM MPs will have to change their mindset in holding the government accountable.
