As Nigerians search for the true killer of Benson Ogedegbe, the head of vigilante group in Oghara, Ethiope West LGA of Delta State, a highly placed security source has debunked the rumour that he was executed by military men, with 19th battalion commander, Lt. Colonel Aminu Umar, in the eye of the storm.

Investigative reports revealed that contrary to what some media houses reported that Lieutenant Colonel Aminu Umar was called by the alleged Army killer of Ogedegbe, Umar was not aware of the movement of any soldiers outside their base for such heinous crime.
