The people of Oro Ago community, Kwara State have written a petition to the National Human Rights Commission over police brutality, unlawful detention/arrest and intimidation of its indigenes.
The petition signed by the President of the Oro Ago Development Union Chief Richard Olushola said several pleas had been made to the Inspector General of Police over the detention of nine members of the community yet they have not been charged to court for further investigation.
