Luanda — The minister of Interior, Ângelo Veiga Tavares, said Thursday in Luanda that the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) should give priority to adequate research, respecting the principle of investigating to arrest and not the contrary.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the SIC Expanded Consultative Council, the minister drafted some baselines that will guide the work of this body, under the new Organic Statute of the Ministry of Interior.
