Nigeria: Vows to Demolish Illegal Structures, As Flood Overtakes Aba

Umuahia — The Abia State Government has set up a committee to understudy the extent of damage done to the original Master plan of markets in the commercial city of Aba, with a view to correcting same.

Speaking with newsmen shortly after the committee had toured the markets, the leader of the team and Special Adviser to the Abia State Governor on Special Duties, Agwu Ukpai Agwu said that the present administration was poised to reposition the city for greater exploits.
