Kenya: Garissa Officer Calls for Jobs Plan to Thwart Terror Groups

Unemployment is not only a threat to the community but a soft target for those recruiting youth into terror groups, Garissa population coordinator Ken Luaki has said.

He was addressing population stakeholders drawn from the civil society, Muslim clerics, the county and county governments at a Garissa hotel yesterday.
