Sudan: Police Seizes Vehicles in North Darfur to Curb Insecurity

El Fasher — A number of vehicles and motorcycles were seized in a raid by a joint security force in El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur. Their raid campaign started three days ago, in one of the attempts by the new state government to curb insecurity.

The state's director of police, Maj. Gen. El Tirefi Idris Dafala, said that the raid campaign by the joint force will cover all localities in North Darfur, and continue until Eid El Fitr in two weeks.
