Nigeria: NSE - Stanbic IBTC, RenCap, CSL Lead Trading in Six Months

As activities began in the nation's capital market for the second half of the year last week, the Nigerian Stock Exchange has disclosed that the trio of Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers Limited, Rencap Securities Limited and CSL Stockbrokers Limited outperformed other stockbroking firms in terms of value of their transactions in the first six months of the year.

The NSE, which made this known in its latest Brokers Performance Report made available on its website also disclosed that 10 top stockbrokers were responsible for transactions conservatively valued at N732.8billion, representing 66.6 per cent of the total transactions for the period between January and June.
