South Africa: 'Pangas Used for Circumcisions At Illegal Initiation School'

Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs Deputy Minister Obed Bapela promised that government will work on laws that will clamp down on illegal initiation schools.

This comes after a site was discovered on a dusty field at the weekend in Meadowlands, Soweto, where 22 young men were rescued, SABC News Online reported. One initiate is still missing.
