Lagos — Lagos State Police Command has arrested a suspected member of a two-man robbery gang, who specialise in drugging victims before dispossessing them of cash and valuables.
The suspect, Ifeanyi Chizoba, confessed to have used the means on over 100 victims, including commercial sex workers and traders.
