Gaborone — The Assistant Minister of Education and Skills Development, Mr Kgotla Autlwetse has told Parliament that he is aware that schools are facing shortages of some basic equipment.
As a result, Mr Autlwetse said they continue to supply schools with new furniture as funds and production could permit.Since January this year, he said his ministry has supplied some 4 613 new desks to 32 schools, including some 60 desks delivered last week on July 10 to Motsumi Junior Secondary School to partly address the issue raised.
