Zimbabwe: Mandiwanzira Confirms Zarnet's Bid to Take Over Telecel

ICT Minister Supa Mandiwanzira has told parliament that Government through its unit Zarnet is in negotiations for the acquisition of Telecel Zimbabwe.

ZARNet is a specialist Internet Service Provider founded in 1997.
