Nigeria: Technical Inefficiency, Poor Maintenance Identified as Major Causes of Air Crashes

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has identified technical inefficiency and failure to abide by maintenance rules as major causes of most of the previous air accidents.

The agency said it has rectified these problems following the last plane crash in 2013, in an effort to prevent future air disasters.
