Liberia: UNHCR Clarifies Ivorian Refugees Story

The United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) has clarified that since the rise of the deadly Ebola outbreak in Liberia in 2014, it ceased voluntary repatriation of Ivorian Refugees here.

The NewDawn in its Thursday's July 16 Edition reported that the Liberia Refugee Repatriation and Resettlement Commission or LRRRC, in collaboration with the Bureau of Immigration and Nationalization or BIN, and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees has repatriated about 10,748 Ivorian Refugees.
