CIMERWA has officially unveiled its modern plant in Rwanda, which involved making the switch from wet- to dry-process technology and increasing capacity to 0.6Mta.
The company has also installed a 15MW peat-powered power plant, which will help it address unreliable electrical supplies that have caused it to suffer high production costs for many years.
