Calabar — The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said that former President Olusegun Obasanjo and other past leaders may not be probed. The party, however, added that the administration of the immediate past president, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, would certainly be probed.
Speaking with journalists in Calabar, the national vice chairman of the party, South-South, Prince Hilliard Eta, insisted that Jonathan's government was extremely corrupt and promoted the culture of impunity.
