Kaberamaido/Kumi — President Museveni has said he is always in fights with greedy people in Public Service demanding for a salary increment so that they can "eat the money" at the expense of national development.
"What you see here is dongo lobo (Luo phrase losely translated to mean development), electricity, schools, health centres and roads. You must have heard that I was fighting with people who wanted to cham cham (eat) the money; they wanted to increase salaries of public servants but I told them to wait," he said.
