Gaborone — The Ministry of Youth, Sport and Culture is working on resuscitating the behaviour change programme which has been dormant for quite a while, says Minister of Labour and Home Affairs, Mr Edwin Batshu.
Answering a question in Parliament on behalf of the Minister of Youth, Sport and Culture, Mr Batshu said their plan was to work with other stakeholders, particularly youth serving non-governmental organisations to deal with the social ills bedeviling the youth population like drugs and alcohol abuse as well as sexual and reproductive health related issues.
