Nigeria: Hoodlums Disrupt Ogun Transition Committee Swearing-in

Abeokuta — The swearing-in ceremony of the members of transition committee of Yewa South local government, Ilaro area of Ogun State came to abrupt end yesterday when hoodlums who were apparently dissatisfied with the list of the committee members, stormed the event.

Source at the venue of the ceremony who craved anonymity informed our correspondent that party faithful who were at the local government secretariat scampered for safety when the thugs disrupted the programme.
