Gambia: Police Gets New PRO

Assistant Superintendent of Police Lamin Njie has been appointed the new police public relations officers of The Gambia Police Force. He succeeds ASP David Kujabi, who is on a peacekeeping mission to Darfur, South Sudan.

Confirming his appointed to the Daily Observer, the newly appointed police spokesperson said he assumed office on Wednesday. "I shall work towards achieving the set goals and targets of The Gambia Police Force and The Gambia government at large as enshrined in the office's mission statement."
