Port Harcourt — As parts of the country express fears of marginalisation in the current dispensation, the Bishop of the Diocese of Evo, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), Rt. Rev. Innocent Ordu, has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to ensure an even spread of appointments in his administration. Ordu spoke yesterday in Port Harcourt while delivering his Presidential
