The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) is in need of hundreds of vehicles for the November regional and local authority elections, which has left the commission with little choice but to approach the private sector and individuals to avail whatever vehicles they have to avoid an election crisis.
The ECN's director for operations Theo Mujoro yesterday informed New Era that they need at least 1040 vehicles for the entire elections.
