Liberia: Court Declares - Suspended NPA Boss, Others' Appearance Bond Valid

The Presiding Judge of Criminal Court "C", Peter W. Gbenwelleh, on Tuesday, August 11 declared the Criminal Appearance Bond filed before the court as surety on behalf of the suspended Managing Director of the National Port Authority (NPA) Matilda Wokie Parker and two others by the Family Dollars Universal Insurance Services Inc.

Criminal Court "C" is located at the Temple of Justice on Capitol Hill in Monrovia.
