Abuja — More revelations have continued to pour out over the indebtedness of state governments to examination bodies in the country.
The Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of National Examination Council (NECO), Prof. Abdulrasid Garba weekend revealed that 11 states out of the 36 states owed the council millions of naira involving the registration and conduct of examinations for candidates in some states.
