THE family of the late Frieda Ndatipo, who was shot during a clash between police officers and protesting 'children of the liberation struggle' at the Swapo Party head office in Windhoek almost a year ago, plans to sue the police in an effort to win compensation for Ndatipo's three children.
Lawyer Loini Shikale-Ambondo, who is representing the family of the late Ndatipo, informed The Namibian yesterday that she had instructions to institute a claim against the Ministry of Safety and Security in connection with Ndatipo's death.
