The Supreme Court last week ruled in favour of the National Environment Management Authority (Nema) in a case Kampala Central Division mayor Godfrey Nyakana had sued the body for demolishing his house.
Nyakana's house was among the many that were razed by bulldozers in a much publicised demolition exercise because it had been built in the Bugolobi wetland in Kampala.
