Gaborone — Minister of Local government and Rural Development, Mr Slumber Tsogwane has issued an election instrument in accordance with Section 154(2) of the Electoral Act, (Cap. 02:09), ordering the holding of a by-election of council member for Boswelatlou Polling District in the Lobatse constituency.
A press statement from the Independent Electoral Commission says nominations of candidates for election in the aforesaid polling district will be received on September 11 between 9am to 1pm and 230 pm to 5pm at Lobatse Senior Secondary School
