Africa: Race, Poverty and Inequality - Black First Land First Claims Fact-Checked

Former member of parliament, Andile Mngxitama, made several claims about race, poverty and inequality in South Africa in a recent article on behalf of the Black First Land First movement. Africa Check found three to be in the right ballpark, while two were incorrect.

Do 35,000 white families and businesses own more than 80% of South Africa's land? Are more than 45% of black people unemployed compared with 5% of white people? Do white families earn six times more than black families? And do white people occupy 60% of top management positions in South Africa?
