Despite criticisms trailing President Muhammadu Buhari's seemingly slow pace of governance since he assumed office, the reason for the President's "meticulous approach is due to his determination to lay the foundation for sustainable structures for good, transparent and people-oriented governance."

This assertion was contained in a statement issued yesterday in Warri, Delta State, by Itsekiri leader and the All Progressive Congress, APC, chieftain, Dr. Alex Tosan Ideh, while appraising the performance of President Buhari's 100 days in office.
