Liberia: Judge Slaps Law Firm With Contempt Charge

The Presiding Judge of Criminal Court "C" at the Temple of Justice has charged the Jones and Jones Law Firm with Contempt of Court for failing to appear before the court on August 28 upon receipt of a notice of assignment.

A Writ of Summons, issued by Judge Peter W. Gbenewelleh Wednesday, ordered the law firm to appear on Monday, September 7, to show cause why it should not be held in contempt.
