Three banks in the country have been rated high among the top ten commercial bank that employ the use of digital space in Nigeria by Africa's largest Digital media company, Terragon Group. The banks are Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank), Zenith Bank and Wema bank among the top ten commercial banks.

Terragon Group in its report which highlighted digital insights in the Nigerian banking industry, was based on analysis conducted over a period of three months and which focused on key activities carried out by the banks using digital media, their innovations and what impact these activities have on their overall business achievements.
