Uganda: Arrest Warrant Against Otti Still Active - ICC

Gulu — The International Criminal Court has insisted the arrest warrant and criminal charges against Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) commander Vincent Otti are still in force contrary to earlier reports that the court had withdrawn the indictment after confirming he had died.

In July, 2005, ICC issued arrest warrants against five top LRA commanders: LRA leader Joseph Kony, Dominic Ongwen, Vincent Otti, Raska Lukwiya and Okot Odhiambo.
