African Jobs Site Fuzu Aims to Bring Sense and Expertise to the Daily Scuffle for Jobs - Seeking Funding to Expand

Africa has far more people - particularly young people - seeking jobs than there are jobs available. Supply well outpaces demand and the skills and aptitudes of applicants are often hard to understand. Last week Fuzu launched in Kenya to address those problem both for potential employees and employers. Russell Southwood spoke to its founder and CEO Jussi Hinkkanen about what it's going to do.

Hinkkanen has worked in Africa since 2004 and used to work for Nokia where many of you will remember him as the person who organized the African Open Innovation Summit, a ground-breaking event for a big corporate to put its weight behind.
