On July 2, I wrote about Mr Kimathi Mwirichia's untiring crusade against errors in news stories. There are many unsung Mwirichias -- readers who keep the heat on editors to correct errors and avoid making them.

Today, I want to present five episodes of errors that would have gone unnoticed but for the vigilance of such readers.
