Pretoria — Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) and the office of the Premier of KwaZulu-Natal have launched the Citizen Satisfaction Survey (CSS) which will help the office of the Premier make informed decisions to improve the lives of citizens in the province.
"The survey is the product of cooperation between the office of the Premier and Stats SA and will be conducted among a selected sample of citizens of the province to assess their level of satisfaction with service delivery," said Stats SA on Wednesday.
