Coast football officials are up in arms over a list of clubs announced by Football Kenya Federation to participate in the forthcoming polls.
Sub-branch officials Fuad Ali from Lamu and Willy Mkubwa (Voi) expressed concern over the number of active clubs missing from the list with over 1700 teams captured from all the branches across the country. Fuad claimed that there is no single club from the mainland or islands and called for quick action to address the issue before the polls. "We are surprised to have been left out of the voting after all our clubs failed to make the list," said Fuad.
