Gambia: Petroleum Perm Sec Continues Testimony in Muntaga Sallah's Trial

Fafa Sanyang, the permanent secretary at the Ministry of Petroleum yesterday, 8th October, 2015 continued his evidence under cross-examination by defense counsel Loubna Farage in the ongoing criminal trial involving the Inspector General of Police against Muntaga Sallah before Principal Magistrate Momodou S.M.Jallow of the Banjul Magistrates' Court.

It could be recalled that the accused, Muntaga Sallah is standing trial on charges of stealing by persons in public service and theft contrary to section 257 and 252 of the criminal code, cap 10:01 vol III, LAWS OF The Gambia, 2009.
