Presidential aspirant Amama Mbabazi has castigated the manner in which Police on the weekends arrested Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential flag bearer Dr. Kizza Besigye among other opposition leaders.
In a statement issued on Monday, Mr Mbabazi asked government to take action against police officers who he said were brutalising innocent Ugandans.
