Gomba — President Museveni has applauded the late musician Philly Bongoley Lutaaya for his struggle in combating the spread of HIV in the country.
"The government is very proud of Lutaaya and his family because he is the foundation for the continuous war against this disease in Uganda," Mr Museveni said in a speech read for him by Dr Asuman Lukwago, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health.
