South Sudan Parties Sign Transitional Security Arrangement

The Inter-governmental Authority for Development (IGAD) announced Tuesday that the Government of South Sudan (GRSS) and the South People Liberation Movement (SPLM) and SPLM leaders (former detainees) signed a transitional security arrangement in a bid to restore peace and security as well implement agreements reached on negotiations conducted previously.
