Two men have sued the state for subjecting them to medical tests to confirm if they are gay.

In a case filed at the High Court in Mombasa, the two men, whose names have been hidden to protect their identity, allege that they were arrested in Diani on February 15.

They were among eight men held over pornographic movies.

The two have sued the DPP, Kwale chief magistrate and Health CS.

The case will be heard on November 17.
