Cabinda — The Prime-Minister of Cape Verde, José Maria Pereira Neves, said this Saturday in the northern Cabinda province that Angola is a strategic factor for the transformation of the Southern Africa and whole Africa and the world.
The head of the Cape Verdean government said so at the end of a meeting he held at the "Maria Mambo Café" airport with the governor of Cabinda, Aldina da Lomba Catembo, as part of his few-hour private visit to the province.
