Paris — Jean-Louis Borloo, President of the foundation "Energy for Africa" and former French Minister will pay Saturday a two-day visit to Algiers, said Friday in Paris the Foundation.
During his stay in Algiers, Jean-Louis Borloo will present his electrification development project in Africa, an initiative that goes in line with the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP21) scheduled from 30 November to 11 December in Paris.
