Luanda — Issues related to cooperation in defence and security dominated the official talks between Angolan and Russian Federation delegations on Monday in Luanda.
The Angolan delegation was led by the minister of State and head of the Security Office to the Presidency of the Republic, Helder Vieira Dias "Kopelipa", while the Russian team was headed by the secretary the Russian Federation Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, who is in Angola since Sunday.
