Gambia: Court Orders Sureties to Produce Accused or Else...

Acting Principal Magistrate Omar Jabang of the Banjul Magistrates' Court, yesterday, 25th November 2015 ordered one Momodou Touray and Ebrima Jammeh, the sureties of one Karanta Darbo, an accused person, to show the accused on the next adjourned date or face the risk of having their bail bond forfeited to the state.

The accused persons, Karanta Darboe and Alieu Loum, are charged with the offences of conspiracy to commit felony, being in possession of firearms without licence and having firearms without authority.
